Roman Kemp is a 28-year-old TV and radio presenter, who hosts Capital Breakfast with Roman Kemp

He wakes up 3.7 million listeners across the UK every week and can be heard weekday mornings from 6-10am and has recently made a documentary looking into men's mental health, called Our Silent Emergency.

Who is Roman Kemp and how old is he?

Roman is 28 years old. He was born on 28th January 1993.

He's best known as the host of Capital Breakfast with Roman Kemp, weekday mornings from 6am on Capital.

However, he's also appeared on a load of TV shows, including the 2019 series of I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!

You might have seen Roman playing football for Soccer Aid, appearing on the celebrity edition of Channel 4's First Dates or hosting the annual New Year's Eve firework celebrations from London.

Something you might not know about Roman is he actually has a rather unusual phobia: "I have got a strange fear of cotton wool.. It’s the texture and sound of it. I can’t even talk about it without getting scared and I definitely can’t touch it!"

Roman is the son of Spandau Ballet’s Martin Kemp and Shirlie Kemp, who was one half of pop duo Pepsi and Shirlie that appeared alongside George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley in Wham!

Roman and Martin have appeared on TV many times together, including sitting on the Celebrity Gogglebox sofa and hosting their own Sunday morning show on ITV - Martin & Roman's Sunday Best!

Before entering the jungle in 2019 he said he'd like the nation to get to know him for him, explaining: "I am always referred to as Martin Kemp’s son so it would be nice for everyone to get to know me a bit better."

The radio host also has a sister, Harley Moon, who's a photographer, songwriter and film maker.

Roman is currently single. He was previously in a long-term relationship with ex-girlfriend Anne-Sophie Flury and talked about Sophie during his time in the jungle. The couple were together for almost three years.

Roman has an array of tattoos, including an anchor and a large eagle across his torso, but he also has some tattoos thanks to his celebrity pals Ed Sheeran and Niall Horan.

Roman also has a tattoo in honour of his best friend Joe Lyons, the producer of Capital Breakfast who sadly died in August this year. The tattoo of a dove on Roman's leg is the same tattoo, in the same place as Joe's.
